Once again\, we will plant our Pinwheel Garden on the Rock County Courthouse lawn\, and encourage all to come assist with the planting and raise awareness for Child Abuse Prevention. There will be a small concert put on by students from Lincoln and Edison Elementary\, followed by kid-friendly music while we plant the pinwheels. \nEach pinwheel represents a report of child abuse or neglect received throughout the year in Rock County—serving as both a reminder of the challenges some children face and a symbol of the safe\, joyful childhood every child deserves. This year\, we will plant approximately 3\,000 pinwheels\, turning awareness into action and hope.

SUMMARY:Janesville Bowmen Youth Archery Tournament
DESCRIPTION:Janesville Bowmen will be hosting a youth archery tournament April 11th.\nIndoor Archery 300 round on NFAA single or five spot blue and white target face. 10 and 20 yard shoot lines and times. All skill levels welcome\, Must have own equipment. Awards will follow the last shoot time for the day. Door prizes will be drawn after awards (must be present to win door prizes) ( there may be additional door prize ticket options on day of event at an extra cost). Food will be available in kitchen. All proceeds go to the Janesville Bowmen youth archery program.\nCost is $15 and Pre-registration is required\nTo register call/text Tom Rynes (608)921-1324 or Bill Wright (608)774-7782\nRegistration ends April 4th but must register by march10th to be guaranteed a tee shirt\nAge Groups and Shooting Distance: \n8 & Under – 10 yards\n9-11 – 10 yards\n12-14 – 20 yards\n15-18 – 20 yards \nAll age groups will have sub-groups of Bare Bow (no sights or stabilizers) and Unlimited (no equipment restrictions) \nNO CROSSBOWS WILL BE PERMITED
