All children ages 4 through 6th grade are invited to join the Emerald Crossing- An Irish Adventure through Psalm 23.\nCovenant team members are extensively trained in children’s ministry\, these students are spending the summer traveling through the Midwest\, assisting AFLC congregations with VBS programs\, summer youth camps\, and other areas of service.\nDaily VBS at Cornerstone Lutheran Church just south of town on Old Hwy 81 will be held June 22nd – 26th from 8:00 to noon. A hearty breakfast will be served starting at 7:30 am. Snacks and craft supplies and learning materials are included for all participants. (The Triceratopsis a genus of chasmosaurine ceratopsian dinosaur that lived during the late Cretaceous period on what is now western North America.) \nWe will be offering three sessions:\n• A 10-11 a.m. session\, recommended for children pre-k through kindergarten.\n• A 1-2 p.m. session\, recommended for children 1st grade and up.\nWe recognize that families may have children in both age groups\, so please feel free to attend just one of these sessions with all your children. StoryWalk® was created in 2007 by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier\, VT\, in collaboration with former KHL staff member Rachel Senechal\, and is a registered service mark of the Kellogg-Hubbard Library. StoryWalk® now exists across the U.S. and worldwide in 13 countries including Germany\, Canada\, England\, Bermuda\, Russia\, Malaysia\, Pakistan and South Korea. A hearty breakfast will be served starting at 7:30 am. Snacks and craft supplies and learning materials are included for all participants.
