Surveyors: Downburst winds the culprit in widespread damage, drowning deaths in Walworth County

Storm surveyors say downburst winds, not a tornado, caused widespread damage, injuries and deaths on Geneva Lake on Friday. The National Weather Service said Sunday afternoon that damage was reported from south of Darien east to Como.
