Blackhawk Technical College to host flood recovery resource hub
Rock County will open a flood recovery hub for residents this weekend. A multi-agency resource center, or MARC, will be set up from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday in room 2405 of the Blackhawk Technical College
