A 33-year-old Delavan man is accused of firing a gun inside a vehicle while two children were in the backseat.
Janesville Police say officers were dispatched to a report of shots fired in the 1800 block of Milton Avenue shortly before 3:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Officers spoke with a female victim who said that as she was sitting inside her parked car, she was involved in a domestic argument with Daniel Cordova.
During the incident, Cordova waved a gun and fired off a shot while two kids were sitting in the back. Nobody got hurt.
Police caught up with Cordova in Delavan and arrested him.
He’s being held in the Rock County Jail pending a court appearance.
