A Rock County Judge issues an arrest warrant for a 38-year-old Edgerton man accused of stalking an ex-girlfriend.

Kyle Dufour is charged in Rock County Court with stalking and misuse of a GPS device.

According to the criminal complaint, the victim dated Dufour from June of 2024 until March of 2025. In August of 2024 she started getting notifications on her phone about an air tag following her but didn’t notice anything else suspicious.

In July of this year, the victim left work and went to a friends house, and got a message from Dufour indicating that he knew where she was and what time she got off of work.

The victim said she feared for her safety as she has a child and Dufour has threatened violence in the past.

A Beloit Police officer searched the victim’s vehicle and found an air tag under the floorboard which was registered to Dufour.
