Janesville man accused of hitting mini bike rider with car to be transported to in-patient facility for mental health evaluation

A Rock County Judge orders a Janesville man who's accused of almost killing a mini bike rider by hitting him with his car transported to an in-patient facility for a mental health evaluation. 30-year-old Kade Larson is
