The State Patrol makes an arrest for a suspected seventh OWI offense near Janesville.
A trooper pulled over Eric C. Ewing, 61, of Cameron at about 7:15 p.m. Saturday in the southbound lanes of Interstate 39/90 near Janesville.
The State Patrol says Ewing was speeding and displaying unauthorized registration. The trooper detected signs of impairment, conducted field sobriety testing and arrested Ewing.
Authorities also took a blood draw. He’s being held at the Rock County Jail and is also accused of driving while having a revoked license.
