The city of Beloit is celebrating the new downtown Beloit Riverwalk extension. Governor Tony Evers, State Representative Clinton Anderson, and State Senator Mark Spreitzer joined other officials Tuesday for a ribbon cutting ceremony near East Grand Avenue.
